(Medium saucepan) Ingredients for making meringue: 1 cup egg whites 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 teaspoon Dominican vanilla or any other vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

rawsugar: how many cupcakes would this recipe make?? I know in the beginning you stated 8in square cake or 10 in round cake but I would like to adapt the cake to cupcakes :)

JoJo Olson: sorry I mean when baking the cake, just one. mine usually sinks in the middle, I know you said to not open the oven door but mine tends to do that anyway, any other suggestions you may have?

MaLa13203105 T: Hola, tengo una duda, no puedo ponerlos uno al lado de otro en el oven o obligatoriamente tiene que ser uno en cada rack y en posicion diagonal? Otra cosa, he escuchado que despues de los 25 minutos ya puedes abrir tu horno para checkiar, lo he estado haciendo asi, pero cuando ya los saco, salen bien pero despues de unos minutos, ahi empiezan a hundirse en el medio. Sera por lo mismo?
